[Video] Chad Dawson's Quick Hands

Check out a video of Dawson on the speed bag.

As part of this afternoon's media workout I took a (lousy) video of Chad Dawson working the speed bag. I'll be honest I've never used my camera to take video before so this could have been much better. I will have a full write up on the media day later but for now here's Chad on the speed bag.
